GRAMMY-nominated artist Katy Perry will be the spotlight of a new GRAMMY Museum special display celebrating some of the most iconic fashion moments of her career. The exhibit, titled Katy Perry Frock & Roll: Transforming Music and Fashion, will open Tuesday, Nov. 7, the same day Katy kicks off her three-night run at STAPLES Center as part of WITNESS: The Tour.
On display on the Museum’s third floor through spring 2018, this one-of-a-kind exhibit will give visitors and fans a unique look at Katy as a fashion icon and global superstar through iconic costumes and wardrobe pieces.
Among the pieces that will be featured in the exhibit are:
– GRAMMY performance and red carpet pieces
– Costumes from her sold-out, 151-date Prismatic World Tour, during which she played to a total of 2 million people
– The outfit Katy wore when she headlined the Super Bowl XLIX halftime show, which set a record as the most-watched Super Bowl halftime show ever
